التأسيس/Incorporation

Moroccan Association Green Economy for the Environment and Climate Justice. 

It was created  in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 14 of the Noble Decree dated Jumada al-Awwal 3, 1378 ,corresponding to November 15, 1958 related to regulating the right to establish associations, as it was changed and supplemented by the Noble Decree No. 1.73.283 of Rabi` al-Awwal 1393 ,corresponding to 10 April 1973, as it was changed and supplemented by the Noble Decree No. 1.02.206 of Jumada I 12, 1423 to July 23, 2002 regarding the implementation of Law No. 75.00.

An independent association, founded in 2018, that puts the right of current and future generations to a healthy environment at the forefront of the goals of its programs and initiatives. For it and through it, it works to protect and preserve the environment, combat climate change, spread awareness, and spread the values and behaviors of sustainable development.

تأسست طبقا لمقتضيات الفصل 14 من الظهير الشريف المؤرخ في 3 جمادى الأولى 1378 هجرية ،الموافق ل 15 نونبر 1958 ميلادية، المتعلق بتنظيم الحق في تأسيس الجمعيات ، كما تم تغييره و تتميمه بالظهير الشريف رقم 1.73.283 المؤرخ في ربيع الاول 1393 هجرية، الموافق ل10 أبريل 1973 كما تم تغيره و تتميمه بالظهير الشريف رقم 1.02.206 المؤرخ في 12 جمادى الأول 1423 ل 23 يوليوز 2002 الخاص بتنفيذ القانون رقم 75.00.
جمعية مستقلة، تأسست سنة 2018 وتضع حق الأجيال الحالية والقادمة في بيئة سليمة، في مقدمة أهداف برامجها ومبادراتها، فمن أجلها ومن خلالها، تعمل على حماية البيئة وصيانتها، ومكافحة التغير المناخي ونشر الوعي، وإشاعة قيم وسلوكيات التنمية المستدامة
